The Lady Vikings lost to Irmo last Saturday in overtime 44-48. A hard fought comeback during regulation led to an exciting finish. Cierra Carter finished with 28 points. She was 11 for 13 from the free throw line. Akia Dunlap added 7 points , Megan Davis 6 points and Briana Hill netted 3 points. Raven Fleming hauled in 9 rebounds. The Lady Vikings are 20-3 overall and finished 8-2 in the Region.
1st Round SCHSL Basketball Playoffs
Both our boys and girls basketball teams will be hosting the first round of the SCHSL playoffs on Thursday, February 20th, in a doubleheader here at Spring Valley. Both teams will play Woodmont High School, out of Greenville, with the girls game starting at 6:00 p.m. Please plan to come out and support our teams as they seek to advance.
