The girls' soccer team lost a heart breaker at Blythewood Tuesday night.  In a back and forth game that went scoreless until the last two minutes, Blythewood scored a free kick goal.  It was an unfortunate break for SV in that the game video shows no foul in what was an extremely physical game in which both teams were allowed to play with little interruption by the referees. SV was unable to tie the game after the goal.

The JV team defeated Blythewood 1-0.
