Student orientation/registration will be held on Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7. Students will register by grade level and last name. Please make sure that you arrive during your designated time. Check Viking Update for any additional information.

Last name begins with A – I 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Last name begins with J – Q 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

- Yearbook pictures and student ID pictures are separate.
- Yearbook pictures will be taken in the auxiliary gym and student ID pictures will be taken in the Media Center. New students to Spring Valley will need to take an ID picture, returning students will just need to pick up their new ID for the current school year.
- Proceed to auxiliary gym to take yearbook picture.
- Proceed to Media Center to pick up student ID for current school year.
- Only the student or a parent may pick up student IDs, no friends or siblings allowed to pick them up.
- Textbooks will not be given out during orientation. Students will receive books in class the first week of school.
