For the 3rd year in a row, Spring Valley has a Scholastic Art Award National Medalist. Senior Jordan McCormack won a 2015 Silver Award for his digital art "Arms". This year, 300,000+ submissions were received by Scholastics nationally with only the top 5-7% winning a national award. In fact, SC only had a total of 10 national art awards out of the hundreds that received regional awards. Way to go Jordan!
