Varsity Football defeated Lexington 34-28
JV Volleyball competed in Lexington Wildcat Invitational

Varsity Football
The SV Varsity Football team defeated the Lexington Wildcats 34-28 in their region opener for both teams. The Vikings were led on offense by Quincy Hill who rushed 21 times for 258 and 1 TD. Tate I'aoulauo had 2 TD's and Terrell Jackson had 14 rushes for 67 yards and 1 TD. The offensive line led by seniors Jordan Stiffler and Lee Moore led the offensive to 358 yards rushing.
The defense was led by Trevon Duckett's 27 yard interception return for a touchdown on the 4th play of the game. London Thompson had 21 tackles and 1 tackle for loss, Paul Stokes had 15 tackles and 1 TFL, Channing Tindall had 14 tackles, 3 TFL and 1 sack, Devon Jennings and John Crim each had 12 tackles and 4 TFL, The defense didn't allow a score in the second half. The win moves the Vikings to 4-1 and 1-0 in region play. The Vikings will travel to White Knoll this Friday night in a huge region game at 7:30.
The B Team and JV will play this Thursday night at home.

JV Volleyball
Our JV volleyball team headed out early to Lexington this past Saturday to compete with 20 other teams in the state to win the Wildcat Invitational. Our girls did a stand up job through out pool play beating all the teams on their net 2-0, making their record 6-0 in games leading up to the first round of the Gold Bracket. We put up a fight in the first game of the tournament bracket, however, fell to Brooklyn Cayce 1-2. Special shout out to Sophmore, Aneisa Williams with 31 Assists and Sophmore, Mikaila Widener for receiving All-Tournament with 25 Digs and 11 Serve Aces. Go Vikings!!
Your Lady Vikings Volleyball teams are headed to Riverbluff this Tuesday and will be at HOME this Thursday versus Dutch Fork High School; JV starts at 5:30 and Varsity at7pm. Come out and show your Viking Support to these amazing group of ladies!! Go Vikings!!
