Viking Parent Reminders- August 31st

This is a reminder for all Spring Valley parents to make sure that you have completed all required documentation and paid necessary fees for the start of the school year. We want to make sure you and your child maintain a successful path to a great school year.

Here is a list of items to review:

• Annual Registration 
• Make sure you complete all sections (Medical Forms, Proof of Residency, Contact Information, RUP)
• Free and Reduced Meal Application
• Make sure you submit online application each year
• Pay all Student Fees
• Including the $20 Chromebook Protection Plan Fee (Due by October 1st)

Wednesday Late Start:

We wanted to remind all families that Wednesday mornings throughout the year, school begins at 9:30 a.m.  This week we had an unusually high number of students who were tardy to school.  If you are driving your child or your child drives to school, please make sure that you leave earlier than usual to have plenty of time to be in class by 9:30 a.m.

We hope the start of the school year has been good for your child and family, we are excited for a great 2018-2019!
