Family Connections of South Carolina will present the Hopes & Dreams Conference on February 7-8, 2014. The purpose of this conference is to increase the sensitivity and expand the knowledge of parents and professionals about disabilities and special needs, family support and opportunities available to families who have children of all ages with special needs.
