Students Will Have a Chance to WIN a $100 Cash Prize!!

On Saturday, February 22, 2014, the Spring Valley Education Foundation will hold it’s 28th Annual Auction, "La Dolce Vita", to give Spring Valley High School students the academic 'Sweet Life'. This always festive and fun evening will include a wide selection of both Silent and Live items for bid, terrific food and a host of 300-350 parents, family, faculty, community neighbors and other supporters. Last year the auction raised $55,000 and we want to top $60,000 in 2014!

Our goal is to raise the money needed to fund the equipment, enrichment materials, and innovative programs teachers have identified as necessary to their classrooms in order to provide students with the very best learning opportunities and resources at every level, but would not be covered by normal funding.
As an incentive, Spring Valley Education Foundation is offering a $100 cash prize to the STUDENT who sells the most tickets to this event; a minimum of five tickets is required. Please note, in the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a drawing.

If you would like to sell tickets to this event, please stop by the Commons on Friday, January 17 from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm to pick up tickets. All tickets, sold and unsold, must be returned by Monday, February 10 to the Education Foundation Office, located in the Atrium. Please write your name on the back of each ticket stub sold along with the check or cash when you return the tickets.

Tickets are $25 in advance ($20 with Military ID). Any questions, please contact Auction Ticket Sales Chairs: Mona Hardin (monahardin@sc.rr.com) or Dawn Moore (moore1018@sc.rr.com). If you need additional tickets, please see Jonnie Corning, Executive Director, located in the Foundation office in the Atrium.
