Congratulations Alex Dawson

Alex Dawson has been accepted into the Ocean Exploration Trust Honors Research Program. Alex was 1 of 12 students in the US to be accepted into this program. This summer she will attend the University of Rhode Island for four weeks to learn what scientists do on expeditions, then in the fall she will go on a trip to the Caribbean to work alongside scientists on the Nautilus. Alex has always loved marine biology and was inspired by Mr. Soblo's AP Environmental Science class. Click here to read more about this program.
