Cooking Up Career Interest One Bisque at a Time

Jushawn P. Carter, a Culinary Road Runner and student from Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, N.C., spoke to Ms. Formyduval’s Culinary Arts classes on November 12th about educational opportunities at Johnson and Wales University.  She also demonstrated culinary techniques while making tomato bisque with Parmesan croutons with the assistance of several students in each class.
